Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES WITH ONLINE PURCHASES ONLY

• Return/Exchange shipping costs are the customers responsibility.
• Returned/Exchanged items must be unworn with tags attached and in original condition.
• Returns/Exchanges must be received within 14 days of the date your order was shipped from us to you.
• Your Return/Exchange will be processed within 5-7 days of receipt.
• Refunds are issued to your original method of payment. 
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• You are more than welcome to bring returns/exchanges into the shop at 1160 Beaverwood Rd. Manotick, Ontario rather than shipping. All the same policies as listed apply.
• NO RETURN/EXCHANGE on the following: Damaged, worn, no receipt, after 14 days, or sale/clearance items.
